Wedding Photography Sutton London. I mostly photograph weddings in Greenwich or in Central London so it was a real treat to photograph Ben and Sophie’s wedding in Sutton. I really was genuinely excited as Sutton has some amazing venues and I was looking forward to capturing something unique for them.
A scorching hot ceremony…
When I met Ben in the afternoon, he was accompanied by his brothers and they all looked extremely sharp in their suits. Ben also arrived with his immediate family who were very excited to see him getting married. While we were waiting for the bride to arrive, I managed to capture some candid shots of Ben and his family – Ben and his brothers are very close to their grandparents so I did my best to capture some special pictures with all the family together.
By the time Sophie arrived for the ceremony we had all moved inside to find shelter from the scorching sun. Luckily, we had enough time to cool down before Sophie made her grand entrance. When Sophie walked into the room, you could see from the look on her face that she was so so happy. When Ben and Sophie stood next to each other, it was clear to see they made a great couple…
Celebrations in the Sun…
After a short ceremony, we all headed outside for some celebrations and liquid refreshments. By this time the Sun had cooled down a bit so we were able to take some formal pictures and enjoy the outdoors for a little bit longer.
The Chateau…
The wedding reception was held at The Chateau in Croydon. When I took the couple for a bridal portrait session, I was stunned to see what was behind The Chateau… It was one of the most beautiful gardens that I had ever seen… it was so colourful and beautifully kept that I could have spent hours taking pictures there. I was able to capture some beautiful pictures of Ben and Sophie. On that note, I would like to congratulate Ben and Sophie on their wedding day.
