Engagement Shoot Greenwich South East London. If you have ever thought about having an engagement shoot with a photographer and decided against it because you or your partner were nervous in front of a camera… then that is exactly why you should have an engagement shoot. There are many benefits. Firstly, by the end of the session, you should hopefully feel much more relaxed and at ease about having your picture taken (assuming that your photographer has put you at ease). It is particularly important if you are camera shy or perhaps just a bit awkward in front of the camera. Secondly, it’s a great opportunity to watch your photographer at work: you’ll have a better idea of what to expect on the Big Day. Thirdly, you can let your photographer know if there are particular angles, editing styles, etc, you don’t like – practice and see what works for you.

I had the great pleasure of photographing David and Aleisha’s engagement shoot in Greenwich – Eltham to be more precise. We had been trying to arrange this e-shoot for quite a while however the great British weather had not been on its best behaviour. With patience and perseverance the weather started to improve so we took the plunge and finally set a date for the shoot. David and Aleisha are getting married at the Tudor Barn Eltham so it was only fitting that we chose a location that had ties with the Tudor Barn.
