Christening Baptism Photographer Greenwich Eltham London
Christening Baptism Photographer Greenwich Eltham London. Rachel contacted me about her sons Christening in Eltham at Christchurch which is located on Eltham high street. My immediate answer was “Yes of course” as I have photographed at Christchurch before and I absolutely love the church. It has such a stunning interior and the gardens are great in Summer. The other bonus the Father John is a real pleasure to deal with and not forgetting that it is a local church was a nice little bonus.
I arrived early at the Church and I meet Rachel and her family for the first time. I also greeted Father John and after a quick conversation I was ready to start photographing. Within a short space of time Rachel’s family and friends had arrived and to my surprise they had filled half the church and I mean “half of the church”. It was really great to see all so many people all together to share a special time for Rachel’s and her family. Once the service started I made my way around the church photographing Rachel and her family in a reportage style as Rachel had requested. I was able to capture some lovely moments especially with Rachel, her mum and her Grandmother!!
Royal Blackheath Golf Club
Once the ceremony was over I was invited to photograph the rest of the family at the Royal Blackheath Golf Club which is such a great venue. Rachel and her family had prepared some fantastic food along with a stunning cake for Oliver’s Christening and brilliant party bags for all the children. I photographed the rest of the celebrations and took the opportunity to take for formal photographs with Rachel and her family. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Rachel for letting me photograph their sons Christening. I hope you enjoy the photos.
